Are you dissatisfied?
Joy, satisfaction, and fulfillment come from finding your dream, vision and mission in life, and getting out of the RUT! Dissatisfaction is a symptom that you are not in touch with your purpose in life. What dream have you discarded? Why? Was it because of disappoint, discouragement, or just plain tough times?
The present financial crisis has caused many that have lost a job or their investments to retreat to the nearest RUT for relief.
COULD YOU BE LIVING IN A RUT?
Without a dream, vision, and goals, you will live in the RUT!
When you have lost your dream or passion for life, the RUT seems like the next best thing. Even though you may be comfortable doing what you are doing, could it just be a padded, luxury, first-class RUT? A RUT is simply a dead place of dissatisfaction. It is like a grave with both ends knocked out!
Living The Dream
Research reveals that only three percent of Americans live lives of happiness and personal fulfillment. We call it “Living the dream!”
The interesting thing is that similar studies also reveal that only three percent have clearly defined dreams and goals. Could there be a relationship between personal fulfillment, dreaming and goal setting? You bet there is! As soon as you get a new dream and set some clear goals, you mentally leave the RUT you were in mentally. The human being was designed to be a dream machine. You are at your best when you are dreaming and pursuing the dream. It takes guts to leave ruts because it takes guts to dream again. Even when it looks like you have failed, you can live a fulfilled life if you learn the power of charting your course through the dream in your heart.
4 keys to leaving the RUT.
1. Discover the dream that is in your heart.
2. Ask yourself; What would I do if I knew I could not fail?
3. Get a clear vision for the future.
4. Set three goals that you will go to work on now.
